Meet Sarah, a Senior Executive:

Sarah is a driven, intelligent, and self-aware individual holding a senior leadership role within her organisation. She's at a crossroads in her career, seeking clarity on where her true value lies and how to leverage it. She's determined to become a better leader, not just in her professional life but in her personal one as well.

Currently, Sarah might be feeling a bit lost, stuck, or unfulfilled in her role. The pressures of her position are causing frustration, overwhelm, and stress, potentially leading to burnout. She's aware that she's become increasingly disengaged and her performance is suffering as a result.

Sarah is open to change and growth, eager to have the right conversations with the right people to support her career and personal development. She understands that there's more to her potential than what she's currently achieving.
